Giannis out, Bulls game off

Giannis Antetokounmpo ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Chicago Bulls.

Head coach Mike Budenholzer confirmed Giannis' absence before the game.

Bulls also experienced a star player being inactive in their recent game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Trae Young did not play for the Hawks in a mock play-in tournament game.

Despite missing Young, the Hawks defeated the Bulls 123-105 at home.

Giannis has been performing well, averaging 31.1 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game this season.

Grayson Allen and Pat Connaughton also out for the Bucks, while Alex Caruso is inactive for the Bulls.

Bulls currently hold the 10th spot in the Eastern Conference and earned a play-in spot.

They are two games behind the Hawks and Raptors in the standings.

Bulls would hypothetically play the Raptors if the regular season ended at the time of writing.
